If your account is suspended for investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets during the suspension period. Batjili will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and notify you of the outcome. If the investigation finds no breach, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.
You may close your Batjili account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and your account is in good standing.
