Batjili Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Batjili ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "you") who registers an account or uses any service offered through batjili.club. These Terms apply to all activities on the platform including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus claims, and customer support interactions.

Batjili operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Batjili reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

To use Batjili's gaming services, you must create an account. Registration is free and open to eligible players in Bangladesh. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Batjili account. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — both accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Batjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Batjili monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions via your payment provider
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Batjili staff or other players

Batjili reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets during the suspension period. Batjili will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and notify you of the outcome. If the investigation finds no breach, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

You may close your Batjili account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and your account is in good standing.
